TOO MUCH CLIMBING
I'm alive. I climbed and descended for 7 hours on Satuday from 2:30 till 9:30. It went something like this: Climb up about 521m (1536 ft) descend about 150m (450 ft) climb about 200m (600 ft) descend about 300m (900 ft) climb about 350m (1050 ft) at a 45 degree incline over loose rock/gravel, descend about 500m (1350 ft) at a decline of about 55 degrees, then slowly descend another 150m (300 ft) over 3.5 km (2 miles) and then collapse.
To make matters worse about the time we were climbing our second 'hill' it began to rain. It rained until noon the following day.
