Lost Morning
I spent all morning in a meeting. So that's time I'll never get back. All about putting togther a "service level statement" which isn't a contract. So basically we are spending a lot of time putting together a piece of paper which states what Residential services does/is supposed to do. The problem is that it is so vague that it is practically worthless. The good news however is that we spent most of the time going over the content of the new web page instead, which is far more usefull and relevant to students.
