Hitting a Snag
So I've hit a snag with my simulation runs. It seems that for some reason my control cases (those without any control logic) are running slower than my normal cases, with everyting else held the same. I'm baffled. The only thing that I can think of is that I've hit a point where my disk it too full, or I'm at a point between disk on my harddrive, so there is a lot of head movement between writes. This is really frustrating because I'm not sure how to explain it in my thesis. "I don't know" isn't going to wash well...
