Poor Cumberland
This entry is for all those Tech football fans out there. It seems as if Cumberland University has made football history yet again. Last night Ashley Martin went down in the record books for being the first woman to score in an NCAA Division 1 game. She is the kicker for Jacksonville State University in Alabama, and last night she and her team beat up on Cumberland University 72-10.
Tech currently holds the record for the most lopsided victory, 222-0 over Cumberland on October 7, 1916.
